Events - Month View
The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
Swat team practice on the 1000 yd range
Frontier - Hanover Range "Large Informal Pit"
Cowboy Action Shoots are held on the first Sunday of every month year-round at the Hanover larger informal range. During the summer (daylight savings time in effect) setup starts at 8:00AM, Registration starts at 8:30 and Mandatory Safety Meeting starts at 9:00. During the winter start time is delayed one hour. Cancellations due to weather are posted to the Shaketails home page and Facebook.

4H competition using the 100 yd range, possibly all day.
Set up of Archery on the 12th.
4H competition using the 100 yd informal range, roughly 7:30 to 1:00, using the short informal for about an hour during the morning. Using Archery range over by the shotgun range.
CMP shoot, sightin at 8, match starts at 9. Shoot is weather dependent.
Range work day to:
If possible, blade the road to remove washboard.
Fill in dirt on 500 yd berm erosion, road at 300 and 100 yd ranges‘
pick up brass and steel cases on all ranges, shotgun wads on north informal.
Paint wooden top benches on the 25/50 yard, pistol ranges and informal
Repair some wooden benches.
Seal 8 new cement top benches
replace several T posts on the steel side of 1000 yd range.
Range work day,
If anyone would like to bring a tractor with blade/loader to smooth out the washboards and to fill some minor erosion on the 500 yd berm and perhaps the road on the 300 yd and 100 rd range.
General cleanup, trash, steel case ammo, shotgun wads in the informal pit.
Paint shooting benches, Starting with 50 yd rifle and pistol (bring paint brushes)
Fix a few shooting benches, replace some t posts on the 1000 yd range. Put up wind pennants on the posts on the 1000 yd range. (at 800 and 1000 yds)
