GPS coordinates
Someone has stolen the Hammer Road sign and members are getting lost while driving to orientation. The Hammer Road & Hanover Road intersection is about 7 miles East of Old Pueblo Road if you can watch your odometer or these are the GPS coordinates:

Fountain Range Rules
- The Club is not responsible for accidents. Members and guests participate at their own risk.
- Absolutely no intoxicating beverages or illegal drugs are allowed on the premises.
- All firearms will be kept open and empty until on the firing line and during all cease fire conditions.
- All shooting will be into range backstops (berms Fountain Range Map or above.)
- The shotgun area is at the west side of the property along the fence and you will be shooting in a north-east direction.
- All members are required to keep the premises clean and orderly.
- A Target Frame is required for each shooter. Target frames shall be positioned directly in front of the shooter’s position. No glass or appliances will be used as targets on the informal range.
- All target frames must be placed in the provided target frame holders.
- There will be no restriction on shooting times; shooting will be permitted anytime of the day or night.
- Fully automatic firearms are permitted on the informal range only.
- At the command of “Cease Fire”, all firearms shall be cleared (magazine or cylinder empty or removed, chamber empty, and action open) and not handled while persons are down range. No firearms, cased or uncased, will be handled, loaded into or unloaded from vehicles, cleaned, or touched in any manner while the range is “clear” (Cease Fire in effect.) Shooters must move away from their shooting benches and remain clear of them when the range is “clear”. Black powder firearms are considered clear when the priming device has been removed.
- Uncased firearms must be pointed downrange or straight up.
- All members must wear or display membership badges when on Club property.
- No Tracers will be allowed on the range.
- Shooting benches must be positioned so that the leading edge of the front legs is approximately 4 inches from the front of the concrete pad. If the shooter is not seated at the bench, he/she should shoot from beside it. This will ensure that all shooters are observing the same firing line.
- No hunting allowed on the range property.
- Any violation of these rules could subject members to expulsion from the Club.

Fountain Range Shotgun Rules
- Shotguns only.
- Clay targets only.
- Observe firing line etiquette. A call of range hot or range cold will be observed to close or open range for shooting.
- Always shoot northeast toward long range impact berms.
- Firing line is located west of 50 and 100 yard firing lines (Fountain-Range-Map or above.)
- Cease firing (range cold) to be called, if anyone goes down to rifle targets.
- Do not use shot size larger than #2.
- Patterning shotguns on target frames is allowed at the east end of the 50 Yard short range or informal ranges.
- Do not handle shotguns if anyone is downrange, during a range cold condition.
- Pick up spent shells, empty boxes, trash and put in dumpster.
- A maximum of three groups to use shotgun area. Please encourage group-shooting events when possible.
- During a group event, a Range Master is selected for all group-shooting events, range master will observe all firing line etiquette and control shooting. Range Master must be member in good standing of Frontier Sportsmen’s Club.
- Special Firing stations can be marked with yellow stand polls, discussion and understanding with all shooters prior to setting up special shooting stations is mandatory. Special firing stations can be only set up with group shooting events and appointed Range Master.
